Do I need an appointment?
Yep, reservations only. No walk-ins, no waiting room. Reserve through Squire and that chair is yours, on your time.
How far ahead should I reserve?
Alex Arroyo usually has same-day slots open, but weekends fill fast. Reserve 2-3 days out if you want your exact time.
What's included in the Full Service (F.G.T.G.Y.L.)?
Full haircut, beard work, and detail finishing in one 60-minute sit-down. This is the signature DCUTZ service, and what the shop is known for.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes. Kids are welcome and pay the same rates as everyone else. Reserve their time through Squire the same way you would your own.
Where exactly is the shop?
200 Pfeil Rd in downtown Cibolo, at Ernie's Patio Bar. Park at Ernie's and you're steps from the chair.
Which barber should I reserve with?
Alex Arroyo is the owner and master barber. Check his work on Instagram, then reserve the time that works for you.
What forms of payment do you take?
Card payment is handled through Squire when you reserve. Apple Pay and contactless payments accepted.
What should I expect at my reservation?
DCUTZ Exclusive is a private, reservations-only shop. Park at Ernie's Patio Bar at 200 Pfeil Rd in Cibolo, and Alex will have your chair reserved for your selected service. Payment is handled through Squire.
